Mustang PTO
About US
As a 501(c)(3), the Mustang Parent Teacher Organization is a registered non-profit. Donations are tax deductible. Since the PTO is completely run by volunteers, all of the money raised goes back to funding the needs of James McGee Elementary. The organization hosts monthly meetings with parents, teachers, and school administration to discover ways to help students and foster communication.

Parent, teacher, administration, and community involvement is vital to our success.
Our VISION
The purpose of the Mustang PTO is to enhance and support the educational experience at James McGee Elementary, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement, and to improve the environment at James McGee Elementary through volunteer and financial support.

The major project of the 2023-2024 school year included the shade structure on the school field. It is heavily used by students to escape the elements.

For the 2024-2025 school year, the major goal is being assessed by surveys and input from school staff and parents. Surveys have been released on ClassDojo, ParentSquare, and is available here: https://forms.gle/QNxp1ZHvkZD23Fd4A
